What ClickBank’s policy adds
ClickBank’s published return policy states that customers can request a return within the timeframe permitted by the seller’s return policy. It also explains that sellers can request returns on a customer’s behalf for purchases up to 365 days old. Requests after 60 days may be directed to the seller for support.
Keep these records
- Your ClickBank receipt and order number.
- The email address used for purchase.
- A screenshot or saved copy of the guarantee language at the time of purchase.
- Any support correspondence.
Do not interpret the guarantee as proof of results
A long refund window can reduce purchase risk, but it does not validate the seller’s financial claims or guarantee that the program will produce a specific outcome.
